BR, A3 Class, 'Flying Scotsman' With Steam Generator, Diecast Footplate & Flickering Firebox - Era 4

The exceptional Flying Scotsman’ underwent several renumbering, from No. 103 by LNER after being rebuilt to A3 Class specification in 1947 to No. 60103 by BR after the nationalisation of the railways in Britain. After being converted to left hand drive and painted BR Green – also known as Brunswick Green – the ‘Flying Scotsman’ has been crafted to include the new Hornby Steam Generator, as well as a flickering firebox for added realism.

  • Steam Generator
  • Flickering Firebox
  • Diecast Footplate

Installed with a steam generator, this locomotive produces great clouds of steam which will billow through the locomotive’s chimney.

Alongside the steam, experience the joys of sound as this model includes a DCC sound decoder adding even more realism to your layout.

Featuring the Hornby steam generator, flickering firebox and lit lamp codes, the BR, A3 Class, 'Flying Scotsman' is a must-have for any collection.
